Greenmeadows On Gloucester Apartment and Studios
Luxurious self contained apartment and two spacious studios rooms with ensuites.
Opened in 2009

Greenmeadows on Gloucester is centrally located at 47 Gloucester Street in the heart of the Greenmeadows Shopping Centre
which is on the main road between Napier and the suburb of Taradale
(Click to see location map).

We are within walking/cycling distance of several wineries, café’s, take away and fine dining restaurants including
Greenmeadows Restaurant, The Old Church Restaurant, Mission Restaurant and Taradale RSA Restaurant.

You can indulge in one of the local takeaway's (plenty of options within a minute from the house) or visit the new supermarket opened in 2009.
You are welcome to use our outdoor/indoor dining areas for your meals along with your favourite bottle of wine or juice.

Groups: Negotiable. Can sleep up to 9 persons on a share three basis in each bedroom.
I have extra beds if 9 people require a bed each.

This new wing at front of house sleeps up to 4 persons and captures the sun all day.
To sleep 4 to 6 persons use interconnecting Tiffin Studio. (two Bathrooms)

Lounge/Dinning - Bedroom
Comfortable lounge/dinning / bedroom (7500x5200) Television - DVD & VHS.
If you wish to hire a video, Video Ezy is a 3 to 5 minute walk from our base.
Queen bed and long King Single bed at each end of the room.
The Queen Bed area of the lounge has a partition giving privacy to the persons using this area.
Each room has suitcase racks, full length mirrors and full size wardrobes and individual access by way of a Ranch slider and decking

Full kitchen with breakfast bar
You can organize your own breakfast, use the breakfast bar or dining room table or outdoor decking
area just of the kitchen area or join us on the fabulous new large deck at the rear of the house.
(Breakfast, Tea and coffee provided) Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer

Bathroom / Laundry
Very spacious, cleverly designed, with generous changing area, walk in shower, toilet hidden behind a wall and full laundry.

These are spacious rooms with Queen size and long King single beds

If you wish to hire a video 3 to 5 minute walk from our accommodation.

Your own private access from each Studio room is by way of a ranch slider and decking.

by prior arrangement and at an extra cost.

Private transport
We are on the main road between Napier and Taradale, centrally located at the
Greenmeadows Shopping Centre opposite the Greenmeadows Pharmacy

Public bus service
We are on the main Napier/Hasting bus route. The local bus stop is 2 minutes from us.
Just ask the friendly driver to let you off at the Greenmeadows shopping centre
Buses depart every half hour on Monday to Friday and will take you into
Napier and Hastings/Havelock North areas
(Bus service is limited during weekends and public holidays)
