Greenmeadows On Gloucester - Terms & Conditions

Short term stay: : A deposit for the first nights acommodation is required.

Stay One week or more: A deposit for the first weeks accommodation is required.

Reservation Confirmations: Your deposit will be taken from your credit card or you can opt to direct credit into our Bank account, nothing else will be charged to your credit card unless cancellation penalties arise. We require your current credit card details as a guarantee, home address, home phone number, cell phone number, and car registration.

Payment/Balance of payment On arrival please: Payment options: Prepaid direct into our Bank account, Visa or Master Card, Cash, Eftpos across the road,

Check-in / Check-out: We welcome your arrival from 2.00pm and check-out is by 10.00am on the day of departure. We endeavour to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out requests wherever possible.

Cancellations of individual bookings must be notified no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to mid-day on the expected date of arrival.

All cancellations less than 72 hours (3 days)prior to mid-day on the expected date of arrival will be charged for the accommodation booked unless we are able to onsell the booking.

Cancellation of Group bookings must be notified no later than 30 days prior to the expected date of arrival. All cancellations less than 30 days prior to the expected date of arrival will be charged for the accommodation booked unless we are able to onsell the booking.

If you fail to arrive on the date you have confirmed, you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation booked.

Pets With the exception of guide dogs, we do not allow pets in our Apartment or Studios
